1. Directory Aggregator Role
CourseFinder operates exclusively as an index and information directory of external online learning platforms. CourseFinder does not host, own, manufacture, sell, or deliver any educational courses listed on the directory.
When you click external platform links on CourseFinder, you leave our site and navigate to third-party domains governed by their own independent terms and privacy policies. You access all third-party sites at your own risk.
2. Directory Submission Rules
When suggesting a new platform for inclusion in CourseFinder, submitters must adhere to the following community standards:
- No Adult or Explicit Content: Platforms containing adult material, gambling, or hate speech are strictly prohibited.
- No Piracy or Copyright Infringement: Submitted platforms must offer legitimate, authorized educational content.
- No Malware or Scam Websites: Sites engaging in phishing, deceptive billing, or distributing malicious downloads will be rejected and permanently banned.
- Accurate Information: Submissions must clearly specify pricing model (Free, Paid, or Free+Paid) and primary instruction language.
3. Editorial & Moderation Authority
CourseFinder administration reserves the absolute right to reject, modify, edit, re-categorize, flag, deactivate, or permanently delete any platform listing at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
4. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limits
The CourseFinder service and directory are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
CourseFinder does not guarantee that third-party platforms will remain free, active, accessible, or accurate. In no event shall CourseFinder, its operators, or administrators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use third-party platforms listed in our index.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international web publication standards and applicable regional jurisdiction laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
